How do you work?By using our network in and know-how of the French transport and tourist sector, we are able to obtain some of the best solutions and prices on the market. Many of the prices we can obtain are not available to the public, so even if you should book for example an airport transfer directly with a transport company, you might save little or nothing. Ask us about the price for your tour or transfer before deciding. If you then want to book, we tell you how to proceed. Once you have booked a trip, we e-mail you a voucher detailing the transportation service you have booked. |

Why are there only few prices on your site?Because each client and each trip is unique. We strive to obtain the best solution and price for you according to your needs, choosing between many transportation companies. Some may be booked up if you book close to departure (the best fill up quickly), some may be cheapest on weekdays, others on Sundays or nights, some may have English-speaking drivers available, others not, and so on. A pricelist of all that would be so complicated that even we would be lost. Don't hesitate to ask us what a tour or transfer costs. We know that many of those who ask don't book for one reason or another, but we are always happy to give you a quote whatever you do next. We quote - you decide! |

Why don't I just take a taxi? Many travellers quite happily use taxis. Taxis are normally available in large airports and cities, but in smaller airports and towns, you may have to be very patient to find a taxi, if at all possible. You can jump into a taxi if you find one, but you cannot book a taxi more than one or two days in advance. You can't know in advance if the taxi driver speaks your language or not. You don't know what a taxi costs until you arrive. With FranceOneTransfer, everything is determined in advance. You know there is a car and driver waiting for you, and you know what it costs: peace of mind and less stress. |

Can I get a driver fluent in English? Spanish? Japanese? Cantonese?English-speaking drivers are frequently available in tourist areas such as Paris, Provence, the Riviera, ski resorts and other popular places. Other languages may or may not be available. We will try, but it is not always possible. We admit that the percentage of Cantonese-speaking drivers in France is marginal. Sometimes, we may give you a choice between a transfer with a driver fluent in English and another transfer with more basic linguistic skills if the cheapest transport company does not have a driver fluent in English available. You choose then. In any case, we tell you what is possible before you book. |

Particular needsIf you have particular requirements, such as car seats or boosters for children, space for a wheelchair, transport of persons with reduced mobility, bulky luggage, bicycles ... , don't forget to mention it when you ask for the price. We will tell you if it's possible and if there is an additional fee involved. Car seats and boosters are usually provided at no additional cost. |
Prices always include
To conclude: no hidden costs! |

Luxury & Limousines - Driver & Vehicle standardsThe vast majority of travellers simply want the cheapest, decent service available, whether the car is a Mercedes or a Renault or the driver wears a suit or is casually dressed. If you prefer paying more for a higher standard or luxury, do tell us, and we will adapt our offer to your preferences. In no cases, even for the cheapest offers, can you expect anything else than a quality service with clean vehicles and polite, punctual drivers. |
|
Payment and CancellationIf you want to book, we inform you about payment and cancellation conditions. In some cases, we ask for a partial advance payment, in other cases, full prepayment is required. We have a secure payment facility online, accepting credit and charge cards and PayPal. As we act only as agent, your transport contract is legally between you and the chosen transport company. Therefore, their terms and conditions apply. In most cases, you may cancel at no cost until a few days before departure. |

We welcome foreign travel agents as clients. Nothing prevents you from booking directly with French transport companies, but if you deal with a large number of countries, it may not always be obvious to know the local markets of each country. Many of the French transport companies may not even be able to deal with you in English. A local agent based in France makes life much easier for you, making you able to focus on customer satisfaction rather than the intricacies of the organisation of French transport.
